Dean Salome is the real commander and chief at JFC....and it is not just because he's a biker! Surfer Dean, as one faithful customer calls him, is our Inside Sales Manager and Radar O'Rielly (from MASH for all the youngsters...look it up).

Dean is a great asset to me, all of our staff but most importantly to our customers. When you need something done right, or done NOW! Dean is the one everyone turns to. He may be a bad-ass on the weekends, but during the week he is the best customer service guy in the country! (Don't let it go to your head Dean...or your skull cap won't fit anymore!)

Luke Kiefte, our VP Of Sales has the distinction of being the only iPhone hater at JFC (we all know it's really only due to his freakishly large thumbs). He's a Blackberry guy all the way.

A Proud family man, Luke is also the tallest JFC Employee. We could list Luke`s Sales Pedigrees and experience here but we would need Daman to set up a separate web page (Daman, Luke may ask you to do this, if he does please say No!) Suffice it to say, as a motivator, leader and all around sales professional he is one of the best there is, and we are very happy to have him in the fold.

Elaine Larmour is one of JFC's leaders as Eastern Canadian Sales Manager. A loving mother of two and keeper of "Nero" or "killer" as Luke would call him (a huge bull mastiff). Elaine is a bit of a pit-bull herself when it comes to running her territory.

She is a tireless worker who fights hard to ensure all of our customer's needs and wants are met. A great rep with a spunky attitude, she is truly a great person and an incredible asset for all of us.

Jared McCormick is our Ontario Channel Manager and first overall pick in the JFC Expansion Draft (what we tell him because he is a former Pro Hockey player). He made it through his rookie season with flying colours and has become a real assest to our team.

Hard work, strong ethics, a great personality and a willingness to learn has made him a hit with all our customers and our Manufacturers (now if he would only hit on the ice!)....Kidding!

Justin De Abaitua is a sports fanatic: Coach and GM of the Caped Crusaders Men's Hockey Team, player and current president of Palgrave Men's Slo-Pitch, Mini Putt Champion (Novice Golfer still in training), snowboarder.

He is a dog lover and family man... with plenty to keep him busy in this regard: he owns an 80lb Olde English Bulldog, just got married and had a newborn baby in the past two months! Congratulations Justin!

With extensive training and experience in advertising, marketing and sales, Justin believes strongly in great customer service and strives to build strong, lasting relationships with distribution partners - the two keys to success in any industry.

Angelo Mastromartino is the proud father of a 7 month old son, Hudson and will soon be getting married. In his spare time he is an avid fisherman. As the philosophers say, "Give a man a fish and feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and he will sit in a boat and drink beer all day!" Just kidding, Angelo!

He is an experienced senior sales executive within the electrical and construction industry for the past 12 years, Angelo is an accomplished sales strategist and solutions-oriented manager who thrives in fast paced environments. He has a strong background in new business development with contractors and the distribution channel.

Deborah Millis has been in the telecommunications and IT industry for the past 18 years in the Toronto area.

She has worked in the Healthcare industry as well as with other various Enterprise accounts with Bell and Allstream.

Deborah loves the outdoors and don't try to keep her off the tennis courts, because she is a tennis fanatic!

Shimpei Kobayashi - Born and raised in the beautiful mountains of Banff, Alberta. A sports fanatic at heart and the biggest Calgary Flames fan you will meet. Warning: don't mention the Canucks to him.

Shimpei is the best Japanese golfer in the company and will challenge anyone to a game. He is an award winning salesman who's been in the sales industry for over 5 years. Shimpei is strongly motivated by his hate to lose attitude: "if you're not first, you're last".

Wayne Jang - As Enterprise Account Manager, Wayne Jang is a disciplined, resourceful sales professional with significant account management experience representing leading developers and manufacturers of enterprise/application software and IP-based solutions. He is determined and focussed on developing highly effective and strong business partnerships.

When he isn't calling on the Engineering and Infrastructure Design community in Ontario, he enjoys automotive pursuits including Formula 1, ALMS (American Le Mans Series) and amateur road racing. And garage space permitting, he also enjoys restoring sports cars and roadsters and appearing on Pimp My Ride... OK maybe not that last one.

Mark Budzey - With a Degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Manitoba, Mark has worked in the Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning industry, the Building Automation Systems/Energy Management Systems industry, the Lighting Controls industry, Power Distribution and Power Metering and Monitoring industry.

After living in San Diego for many years, Mark preferred a more tropical climate and has now relocated to Winnipeg, Manitoba. He joins JFC Solutions as Territory Manager – Midwest which includes both Manitoba and Saskatchewan.

David Apostolescu - Born in Romania and moved to Canada in 1995, David has always loved technology. He studied science and computer engineering, then later moved into sales because he loves helping people and solving problems.

David loves racing cars but recently fell in love with motorcycles. He is a bit of a daredevil and we think he's moonlighting as a stuntman. One thing is for sure - he is never late for a meeting!

Manon Ladouceur is the new Channel Manager for JFC Solutions in Quebec. If you read Elaine's bio above many of the same attributes apply to Manon, only without the killer dog and, thankfully, in French! :-)

Seriously though, Manon has great amount of experience in the Quebec Datacom and Electrical Markets. She is a tenacious sales manager who fights hard for her customer's needs. Her strong ethics and passion for sales will prove to make her a valuable asset for all of our Eastern Canadian customers.

Tony Mancini or the God Father, is JFC's "connected" Enterprise Manager for Eastern Canada. He didn't quite make the height minimum at JFC, but he was so good in all the other areas we decided to let that slide. (Horse head in bed didn't hurt either!)

Okay, all joking aside, Tony has been providing the Eastern Canadian Healthcare, Education, Government and large corporate customers with telecommunication solutions for well over 20 years. His extensive time with Bell and Telus affords him great insight to the needs of Quebec customers. We are very excited to have Tony on our team and are sure our customers will feel the same.

Tim Heinzlmeir is our Prairies Sales Manager and token redneck. A proud owner of an F150, hater of Sushi but a lover of a good steak. He had all the assets we required for a Prairies Manager!

On a more serious note, Tim has a tremedous amount of experience in the Datacom/Electrical industry as a Tech, Inside and Outside Sales Manager. His overall knowledge, desire to be the best and great personality make him an very important part of our team, and a valuable asset for all of our customers.

Mark Oliver could possibly be the proudest British Columbian on the planet. This is the reason we made him our BC Sales Manager. OK, not really, it was his 25+ years of experience, great work ethic, passion and integrity that really made us do it.

A very proud father of two beautiful little girls, Mark is a great team player and someone who is never satisfied until the job has been done right. He is truly a great guy and one heck of a resource for all of our customers.

John Speck ....nope, it is John Speck, RCDD! John is now our National Enterprise Manager and a rising star in our industry. Constantly ridiculed at the office by our sarcastic crew, John is truly one of everyone's favorite guys.

A crappy golfer (he is working on it though) and recent newlywed and father, John is a caring sales person who always gives his best. A good work ethic, solid morals and a customer-first attitude will help John become one our best reps. We are thrilled to have him on our team and are confident all of our customers will feel the same.

Olivia Haddon - Having spent her whole life in sunny Australia, Olivia recently decided she needed an adventure, so she packed it all up and moved to Vancouver. She loves to travel and already has plans to explore this side of the world and try new things... like being cold and shopping for winter clothes!

Olivia has over 7 years of experience in the IT sales industry, including Ingram Micro and other technology companies. She is passionate about sales and delivering the highest value to her customers. We're delighted to have her as a part of the JFC Solutions team.

Patricia Argueyo is our Spanish firecracker! Originally from Argentina, she speaks 4 languages (Spanish, French, German and English) and always feels cold! She worked in outside sales for more than 15 years, with experience in building automation and HVAC systems.

Patricia lived in Montreal for a while before moving to BC. She has a Bachelor in Science in Industrial engineering, 1 Husband, 2 children and no dog!

Mike Knox is our wily old veteran with over 30+ years in this industry. Truly one of the best Inside Sales Reps on the Planet (when not out having a smoke) the man is simply a vault of knowledge.

Captain Google, as he is known around here, is a swinging bachelor who has chosen the love of golf over the confines of marriage. Don't let this seeming selfish life choice fool you though, as Mike is quite possibly the nicest person you may ever meet. Not a bad quality for a team member and friend!

Trena Oliver is our stay at home mom who also just happens to be one of the best project managers in the industry! What she ever saw in Mark we will never know (yes they are married so watch what you say!) Maybe it was the UPS talk?

Seriously though, Trena has been a great addition to our team and does an excellent job for our customers (I know because they are always telling us). Her friendly but no-nonsense approach, combined with her thorough follow through makes for a great combination, which keeps our customers constantly coming back for more great service.

Melissa McNeil had the luxury of being the first woman to join our head office. No longer could the guys just share jokes, read inappropriate emails, fart and leave a mess everywhere. Nope, now we have a professionally correct office, so thanks Mel!!

Poor Melissa, but she has stuck it out with all of us guys and she has been a great addition to our team, now as BC Channel Manager... and the office doesn't smell anymore! OK, enough of that, Mel is a hard worker with a passion for good customer service. This is why we hired her, and we feel this, combined her friendly and positive attitude will make here a favourite of all our customers.

Tamara Leitch - in case she has not told you yet it is pronounced Tamara like "Camera" , her first self appointed task was to train us all on that! A devoted Mother of two lovely little girls and keeper of Mike the Mechanic ( her Hubby ), Tamara is a Toronto Transplant now living in Surrey, but we really try not to hold either against her.

All Kidding aside Tamara is a real pro and comes to us with an impressive set of customer service skills, and is fast learning the product sets of our industry impressing us and you in the process. As an added bonus to us at the head office she also bakes some pretty fine cookies, Tamara please keep bringing those in!

Fay Lin - We are happy to welcome our new administrative assistant Fay, a Cantonese girl originally from China. Fay is very efficient and a great problem solver. After three years living in Vancouver she began a new life on the west coast with her French hubby (A native of France).

She enjoys being a newlywed, loves cooking and finding ways to make her husband do more housework! She's also a classical musician. With her beautiful violin she brought from China, she plays in many events around Vancouver.

Daman Beatty is our Manager of Marketing and Media Creation at the JFC Solutions Burnaby office. This Newbie is a Newfie and somehow he parlayed a successful run as a Lobster farmer back east into a career as a Visual Designer, Media Producer, Technology and Marketing Consultant (we don't know how, he wont talk about those years).

Daman holds a Diploma in Graphic Design and a Degree in Fine Arts, has studied Classical and 3D Animation, Web Design and New Media at Vancouver Film School, Computer Programming at British Columbia Institute of Technology and is currently earning a business degree. A great guy with a passion for his craft, we are sure Daman will take JFC`s marketing to a new level.

Michelle Frezell is my sometimes loving wife (kidding dear!!,) who somehow manages to raise our 4 kids, feed the dog, cook the dinners and also do the books (what a woman...not kidding dear!). Like Trena, Michelle works from home and handles all of our payables/receivables and does our accounting.

She also makes sure the office is full of supplies and continously consults on how our business should be run. An important member of our team to be sure, but I could live without the consulting!! :-)

Jay Frezell is the moody SOB who steers this ship. With 20+ years in the Canadian Electrical/Datacom industry (and he is barely over 40) he has a vast amount of experience, AND he is also the best golfer and the fastest NASCAR diver in the company.....not that anyone is keeping score!!

Jay is a true believer in work hard and play harder, but he also has a passion for great customer service, sales and marketing (That's what got us here....we wish he would stop telling us this!). A loving father of 4 and a very, very proud employer of this great team of people!
